An android, struggling with the concepts of death, questions her creator dealing with demons of his own.

"AXIS is a story about life and death. I wanted to create a story where the lines of what lines of what being alive really is were grayed a bit, and if not at least provoked thought on the matter. One of my favorite lines in the film is "can you not be rebooted?" which demonstrates the farthest an android can come to understanding the finality of death in an organic being. Both characters struggle with that concept in their own ways which plays out in the end of the film.."
